The following service areas have been upgraded to new speed tiers: (these new speeds are available at no additional
monthly cost to our customers!) As always, Delmarva WiFi service is provided with no limits, no caps,
and no "Fair Access Policy" commonly implemented by satellite and cellular providers.
Taylor's
Island Maryland - Up to 3meg Service is now available for customers who have clear line-of-site to
the tower at the Firehouse.
Greenwood, Delaware - Up to 5meg Service is now available
for customers who have clear line-of-site to the silo on Greenwood Road.
Bridgeville Chase, Delaware
- Up to 5meg Service is now available for most customers in the Bridgeville Chase development.
Federalsburg,
Maryland - Up to 5meg Service is now available for most customers with line of site to our four Federalsburg
towers.
East New Market, Maryland - Up to 3meg Service is now available for customers
with excellent signal to the tower; Up to 1.5meg service is available to customers with less than excellent
signal.
Seaford, Delaware - Up to 8meg Service is now available for customers with
clear line-of-site to the Seaford tower approximately 1 mile north of Wal-Mart on Route 13.
The following upgrades are
in progress:
Queen Anne, Wye Mills and Cordova Maryland - Equipment upgrades to support new speeds up to 5megs are in
progress.
These speed upgrades are available at no additional monthly cost. A one-time upgrade fee
of $99 will be charged to existing customers and new customers will receive the upgrade in the installation package.
