Message from the Owner... Dear Customers, The
past months have been trying times for Friend.ly customers. Paint it any way you like, the bottom line is, what was once a
thriving business is now nearly non-existent and you, the customer, have been left misinformed or even uninformed about what
is going on. That stops now. All of us are facing and dealing with hard times. The economy and upcoming election leave
us all with a feeling of uncertainty. You, the customer, are the most important part of this business. Most of you have been
loyal customers for many years. The bottom line is: Friendly Computers and Friendly Network has been sold in pieces to various
companies and no longer exists; but you already know that. That is the bad news, I like to
get that over with first. The good news: 1. There is a new "Friend.ly" it is locally owned, operated and supported
by John Woodfield of Delmarva Wireless Internet Providers LLC. Emails to me are welcomed directly to john.woodfield@jwcn.biz
-or- you can give me a call at (410) 708 - 1937. I can't promise that I will always be able to answer the phone or even
always call you back. I can promise that any issue you bring to my attention will be addressed. For five years my family has
owned and operated local support companies with services ranging from Computer Repairs, Networking, Wireless Internet, Cabling
services ranging from copper cabling to Fiber Optics, and much more. 2. Friend.ly Internet Services will continue to
provide high quality Wireless Broadband, DSL, T1 and dial-up Internet services. Web design, hosting, and email services will
also be offered. 3. No later than November 1, 2008 a US-based Help Desk/Call Center will be in place to ensure no matter
what time you call, day or night, your issue or question will be addressed in a prompt and professional manner. Thats
all for now and again, Thank You for the opportunity to service your Computer and Internet needs and if you have any questions
or concerns please feel to contact me about them. Sincerely, John Woodfield
