If you've been disconnected, please be aware, there is a $45.00 reconnect fee. The reconnect fee will be waived if you sign up for recurring billing above. If you have
been disconnected and have already signed up for recurring billing reconnect fee will not be waived and will be charged to
your new card placed on file within 2-3 business days.
It takes us about half an
hour to disable a user, so you're paying for our time. Finance charge will acrue for outstanding balances.
Billing issues will be addressed by Email or Postal Mail Only.
Cancellation
requests will only be accepted and processed through Postal Mail or by E-Mail. If you wish to cancel please make sure you
have received a confirmation email back.

of Service viewable by clicking the "Legal" tab above.
