If you've been disconnected, please be aware, there is a $45.00 reconnect fee. It takes us about
half an hour to disable a user, so you're paying for our time. Finance charge will acrue
for
outstanding balances.
Billing issues will
be addressed by Email or Postal Mail Only.
Cancellation requests will only be accepted and
processed through Postal Mail or by E-Mail. If you wish to cancel please make sure you have received a confirmation email
back.
